Company Background
The client was a B2B AI SaaS company launching a new AI-powered noise cancellation and speech enhancement platform for virtual meetings, enterprise communication and digital collaboration.
The product entered a competitive market where established video conferencing platforms, device manufacturers and audio software brands already offered built-in noise cancellation features. The company needed marketing analytics support to understand campaign performance, track user behaviour, identify funnel drop-offs and convert early market traction into stronger product adoption.
The Challenge
12,777 accounts were created by November 2022, but only 868 users had used the product at least once — showing that awareness was growing but active usage needed deeper analysis. Of 9,300 downloads recorded, only 4,400 users had installed the product, revealing a major drop-off between download and installation.
The key challenge was to move beyond surface-level campaign metrics and identify where users were dropping off across the full funnel: account creation, download, installation, first use, repeated use and enterprise adoption.
The Solution
Adoption Intelligence Approach to Marketing Analytics
GTM Campaign Analysis
44 GTM campaigns and activities were reviewed across direct sales, channel sales and digital marketing to identify which channels were generating the strongest traction.
Funnel Drop-Off Mapping
User behaviour was tracked at every stage — account created, downloaded, installed, used for under two hours, and used for over two hours — to pinpoint where conversion was breaking down.
Survey Feedback Classification
User feedback was classified into 7 product issues, 7 user experience issues and 4 use case issues to separate marketing challenges from product, onboarding and retention challenges.
Adoption Intelligence Reporting
Marketing, sales, product and support data were connected into one view, shifting the client from activity reporting to adoption intelligence with a clear growth roadmap.

Why This Model Works
This model works because it connects marketing data with product behaviour. Many campaigns measure only clicks, impressions and downloads. Mahanadaya's analytics model went deeper by tracking whether users created accounts, downloaded the product, installed it, used it, continued using it and moved toward enterprise adoption.
This gave the client a clearer view of what was driving growth and what was blocking conversion — enabling sharper decisions on messaging, onboarding, enterprise follow-up and channel strategy.
The Growth Edge
The growth edge came from actionable analytics. The client could use the insights to improve messaging, simplify onboarding, support users after sign-up, guide enterprise sales teams, strengthen channel strategy and increase product adoption.
The analysis also helped the client compete more effectively against established noise cancellation software brands by identifying where product education, user experience and enterprise communication needed to improve.
