Client Overview
The International Social Workers Conference (ISWC) is a national platform connecting stakeholders across the social development ecosystem, including ministries, policymakers, corporates, academic institutions, CSR leaders and social-sector practitioners. Following its first edition in 2023, ISWC needed to expand its reach and strengthen its credibility as an ongoing platform rather than a one-time event.
Mahanadaya was engaged to build the strategic and communications foundation for ISWC 2025, working across advisory, stakeholder outreach and integrated digital communications.
The Challenge
The conference needed to expand its reach and strengthen its position as a credible platform connecting stakeholders across the social development ecosystem. Following ISWC 2023, the challenge was to build greater awareness and participation for the 2025 edition while engaging a diverse stakeholder base spanning government, corporates, academia and the social sector.
The initiative required more than event promotion. It needed a structured approach to stakeholder engagement, knowledge dissemination, institutional outreach and sustained communication before, during and after the conference.
The Solution — Mahanadaya’s Approach
Strategic Advisory & Knowledge Support · Stakeholder & Institutional Outreach · Integrated Communications · Content-to-Conversion Journey · Post-Event Knowledge Dissemination
Strategic Advisory & Knowledge Support
Mahanadaya authored the Post-Event Recommendation Report for ISWC 2023, providing a strategic foundation for strengthening the subsequent edition.
Stakeholder & Institutional Outreach
Communication and outreach were structured to engage ministries, policymakers, corporates, academic institutions, CSR leaders and other stakeholders within the social-development ecosystem.
Integrated Communications
Mahanadaya designed and executed an integrated communication strategy spanning organic social media, email marketing, website content, community outreach and stakeholder communication.
Content-to-Conversion Journey
A structured content journey was developed across the pre-event, during-event and post-event stages, moving audiences from awareness and engagement towards participation.
Post-Event Knowledge Dissemination
The engagement continued beyond the conference through post-event storytelling and dissemination designed to strengthen institutional memory and long-term ecosystem impact.
