Company Background
The client was a B2B AI SaaS company launching a new AI-powered noise cancellation and speech enhancement platform for virtual meetings, enterprise communication and digital collaboration.
The product entered a competitive market where established video conferencing platforms, device manufacturers and audio software brands already offered built-in noise cancellation features. Marketing communications support was required to simplify the product story, clarify the use case and support adoption across enterprise, education, hybrid work and digital communication environments.
The Challenge
The product had strong technology potential, but users were not always clear about where, how and why to use it. Some users created accounts on mobile even though the product was meant for PCs and laptops. Some downloaded but did not install. Others installed but did not use the product because of setup friction, firewall concerns or confusion with built-in noise cancellation features.
The communication challenge was to simplify the product value and reduce user confusion at every stage of the funnel — from sign-up through to active and repeated usage.
The Solution
User Journey Communication Framework Approach to Execution
Onboarding Simplification
After the user journey was reduced from 7 steps to 3, onboarding communication was redesigned to make the adoption process easier to explain, follow and complete without confusion.
Device and Use Case Clarity
Messaging was revised to clearly communicate that the product was designed for PCs and laptops, reducing mobile-led sign-ups that were not converting into downloads or installations.
Barrier-Specific Communication
FAQs were recommended for firewall, antivirus, whitelisting and security approval concerns so that users and IT teams could resolve adoption friction faster at each stage of the funnel.
Vertical-Specific Messaging
Targeted communication was recommended for IT professionals, call centres, education users, job seekers, healthcare teams and enterprise decision-makers to improve relevance and conversion.

Why This Model Works
This model works because complex technology needs simple communication at every stage of the user journey. Awareness alone is not enough when users face friction at download, installation, setup or first use.
Mahanadaya's approach translated AI noise cancellation features into clear user benefits, identified who the product was for and pinpointed exactly where communication could reduce adoption friction — connecting product messaging with user behaviour rather than just campaign promotion.
The Growth Edge
The growth edge came from making the product easier to understand and easier to adopt. By improving messaging around device compatibility, onboarding, IT approvals, use cases and enterprise value, Mahanadaya helped the client compete more effectively against established noise cancellation software brands and built-in platform alternatives.
