Campaign Coordinator Intern
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: 8 Weeks – 6 Months
Stipend: Unpaid Internship (Performance-based incentives and paid project opportunities may be offered)
Reporting To: National Mission Head
Role Overview
As a Campaign Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the mission by coordinating with participants, partners, volunteers, institutions, and internal teams. You will help convert campaign plans into action while maintaining excellent communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate daily campaign activities and follow-ups.
- Track registrations and participant progress.
- Ensure timely communication with volunteers and partners.
- Maintain campaign calendars and activity schedules.
- Support execution of online and offline initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporates, RWAs and institutions.
- Assist in onboarding Green Warriors, Green Ambassadors and Mission Partners.
- Schedule meetings and maintain follow-up records.
- Build long-term relationships with campaign participants.
Communication
- Respond to participant queries via email, WhatsApp and phone.
- Draft professional communication messages.
- Coordinate announcements and campaign updates.
- Share campaign guidelines and participation instructions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain participant databases.
- Track pledges, plantation updates and campaign milestones.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Organise digital documents and campaign records.
Operations Support
- Coordinate certificate requirements.
- Assist with verification processes.
- Support event logistics whenever required.
- Coordinate with design, content and social media teams.
